I ran my own landscaping business for 7 years before serving 22 years in the U.S. Army — Infantry and Counterintelligence — followed by 7 years as a police officer. Now I'm back to what I started with: taking care of people's yards like they're my own.

How much does mowing cost?
Every yard is different, so I price by the property — size, condition, gates, and how often you want it cut. A typical residential mow in Hampton Roads runs $50–$75 per visit. The fastest way to get your number is a call or text: 757-279-8507. Free quotes, no pressure.
Do you do one-time cleanups, or only recurring service?
Both. If your yard is overgrown, the first visit is priced as a recovery job — it takes a lot more work than a regular mow. After that, normal recurring pricing applies.
Will your mower fit through my gate?
Maybe — and I need to know before I come out. Tell me your gate width and whether the mower can reach the backyard when you ask for a quote. I'd rather sort it out up front than waste both our time.
Is edging included with mowing?
Yes. Edging is part of a regular mow — it's what makes the whole yard look finished.
Do my trash bins need to be empty before you clean them?
Yes — bins must be empty before I arrive. My BMC Bio-Clean process then cleans and deodorizes them.
Do you sanitize trash bins?
I clean and deodorize. I don't use the word “sanitize” — that's a regulated term. What you get is a bin that looks and smells clean.
Do you do gutters, aeration, overseeding, or landscaping?
No. I'm a lawn maintenance company — mowing, edging, cleanups, and bin cleaning. I'm not a licensed landscape contractor, so I don't do design, hardscaping, aeration, or chemical treatments. I'd rather tell you straight than take work I can't do right.
